Joachim's shop where flowers become an art

It was in Cinqueux in the Oise that Joachim created his universe in a former fire station: a flower shop. Flowers have always been obvious to him, they inspire him. Recognized as one of the best apprentices in France (no less than that!), Joachim opens his shop in January 2019. He creates the universe from A to Z by choosing all the materials: the parquet floor, the tiles too. After 4 months of work, the shop had to reveal all this floral art that is created there.

WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF FLOWERS

In the world of flowers, there are fashions and seasons of course. The big trend, for 2 years, has been bohemian chic, country bohemia with powdery colors. Dried flowers are making a comeback too, accompanied by hydrangeas and eucalyptus. As in fashion, there are trends !

Bitten by Instagram, Pinterest, Joachim unearths all the trends and is inspired but above all he has his own creative touch : through the compositions, the bouquets, we create, we combine colors, textures, smells, materials and each piece is unique. It is also and above all by being very attentive to his customers that Joachim creates. Behind each client, there is a story and a unique request and that is always very exciting, because we are constantly renewing ourselves. "Every florist has their own paw, and this is where every florist is in a way, an artist" Joachim confides..

GOLD MY DEAR GOLD

Joachim is an undisputed fan of the color Gold, long before it was trendy. Gold allows you to create totally different atmospheres. For Joachim, gold is too often associated with "bling bling" or the disco mirror ball, wrongly of course. Mix with linen, wicker baskets, it creates a bohemian chic atmosphere. Associated with white or black, it brings modernity to an interior. Gold comes in a thousand shades, ranging from pearly, mat to shiny and these shades allow you to create your own touch..

GOLD FEET IN THE FLOWER SHOP

Within the store, Joachim has created several universes, in particular by playing on the textures of the floors: parquet and tiling . To give these spaces a distinct decoration, he chose different styles of furniture and legs, but of course stayed on the Gold. No discussion possible !

Nesting tables

For these tables, straight lines of course, Joachim is a fan of shelves, of the airy and uncluttered aspect of pin legs. What he also likes is the timelessness of this style and the fact that in the end it goes in all possible interiors: it is unmissable.

Nesting tables of different heights are perfect for showcasing flower arrangements of different sizes. The tops, initially in fir, have just been redone by a cabinetmaker.

A central table with a bench

For these pieces of furniture, Joachim chose Pieds M (a best seller at the Fabrique!). These industrial-style feet highlight the material of the steel and enhance the wood of the tops. The Pied M also allowed for a modern touch and went very well with the old sideboard which he repainted in black.

The central table and the bench were made with pine boards from the front of the shop..

A counter, for accessibility to people with reduced mobility.

Joachim has thought of everything: using pin feet, he created a counter, at a tailor-made height for accessibility to people with reduced mobility.

FEET MADE IN LA FABRIQUE

It was on Instagram that Joachim met La Fabrique and it was to gold that his eyes turned, since the time he was looking for it. They were there. The old gold color brings chic. You don't see it everywhere and this is the one he wanted for his flower shop. The modernity of the styles of feet and especially the modularity of the feet seduced Joachim. Made-to-measure of course. Thanks to this possibility, he was able to create this totally adapted counter.
