DIY PROCESS
STEP 1 :
We will start by preparing the plywood board. Paint the underside and sides of the plywood board with black exterior paint and allow the specified time to dry.
STEP 2 :
While the plywood board is drying, protect each cement tile with a specific cement tile stain remover.
STEP 3 :
The plywood plate being dry, we will come and arrange the feet. To do this, keep the colored side facing either and position the feet roller pin 30 cm on the edges by shifting them by one centimeter.
STEP 4 :
Screw the feet thanks with 20mm hinge screws
STEP 5 :
Turn over the set, we are going to tackle the board with the cement tiles. Cut a piece of crystalgrip the size of the plywood, 80 cm by 120 cm and glue the film on the table.
STEP 6 :
Decide on the combination of tiles by simulating the dimensions of the top, i.e. 80 cm by 120 cm.
STEP 7 :
Attention, once arranged, they are complicated to remove because of the cristalgrip, make sure you are sure of your suit before starting.
Once your combination has been validated, lay the cement tiles on the support, taking care to have braces between each cement tile to respect the same gaps on your board..
STEP 8 :
All of your cement tiles are placed on the cristalgrip, remove the braces and place the joint there to fill the holes between the cement tiles.
STEP 9 :
Quickly clean the joint on the cement tiles to prevent it from drying out.
STEP 10 :
Once the joint is dry, apply a second anti-stain cement tile coat to finish protecting your cement tile tray over time..
