Recovery can be described as a way of life: antiquing, retyping, improving, building, fixing and many more shares. The result is always satisfying when done yourself. Let's go for a coffee table inspiration sharing with recycled materials, to give a certain cachet to your living room.
1. Coffee table gray and white tones
It was while recovering 3 planks of old wood that Peggy, from the @__apres.la.pluie__ account, wondered how the utilize. There was no question of getting rid of it, especially being a fan of DIY. After reflection and questioning the need, the creation of a coffee table seems immediately obvious. All you have to do is treat the wooden planks and assemble them using cleats to hold them in the form of a tray. Then, we fix two thin custom-made rectangle legs in white color and you're done.
The dark wood and the white of the legs make it possible to create a coffee table that harmonizes with the rest of the decoration in the living room.

2. Full reel for twice the recovery
The reel is one of the most used elements when creating special DIYs for the coffee table. Only, this creation is very original because both parts of the reel are used.Indeed, it is generally adopted as a table top but not as a base. This DIY shows the different possibilities with recovery.
So we find a pretty piece of furniture that has been painted in order to integrate more easily into the decoration. The big tambour fine is added to the wooden structures and finalizes this piece of furniture. Its little extra: castors to make it easier to move around the room.
3. Recovery of a damaged top for a coffee table
When we find pieces for the creation of atypical furniture, we often detect nuggets and that's what @atelierdugueveillot to be found through this set. An old wooden plank, damaged, shaped by nature. It makes the difference and brings all the charm to the coffee table made with custom-made thin rectangle feet.

4. The school desk becomes a coffee table
When it comes to history! Christelle had the idea of recovering an old school desk to use it as a coffee table top. An imagination that gives this piece of furniture a lot of memories. So she used this school desk as a tray and attached two 40 cm A-legs.
A nice upcycled idea for a coffee table and for a new life in this desk.

5. Old desk used on set
In the same idea as the previous creation, the top of an old desk is used to make a table in golden tones . The desk is sanded then varnished to leave room for traces of life on it. Some 40 cm golden hairpin legs are attached to this atypical locker to create this beautiful low table.
6. A coffee table made from an old workbench
While renovating her house, Marie finds large boards used in the barn of her house as a workbench. She saw the great potential of these boards and decided to work on them in order to use them for the DIY of a rather atypical coffee table.
To support this large thick board, it combines 3 40 cm copper A-legs, in order to blend in 100% with the creation .
The coffee table creates a real contrast in the all-white living room. This one highlights Marie's original creation even more.

7. Double reel for a coffee table duo
A double recovery of materials for the creation of a duo of nesting coffee tables. Nadège recovered the two sides of a reel, shaped them in order to have the best rendering to use them as a coffee table top. She added reinforced pins of different sizes to create this symbiosis of the two nesting coffee tables.
8. When a wardrobe becomes a plain coffee table
We continue in recovery, with a DIY, which is easily achievable. Chloé reused the door of an old cupboard, painted it white in order to divert it as a tray for her coffee table idea. Once finalized, the choice of custom-made slim rectangular legs white was obviously due to its simplicity.
The harmony of the top and the red legs end the creation of a modern and unique coffee table.
9. Old beams reamateurized in tray
What to do with old beams that are stored without really having any use for them. We have the solution: the creation of a coffee table. To do this, simply cut them to the dimensions you want, clean them and give them a facelift, essential especially for having a modern coffee table. All that's missing are custom-made thin rectangular legs with fixing holes on the top to create a very original coffee table combining wood and steel.
10. Pallet recovery and its transformation into a box
There are many diversions of pallets to use as furniture, especially for the garden. This time, it is used to make the top of a coffee table. The palette is redesigned to add a glass top to it. In addition, double reinforced legs of 40 cm are fixed in order to bring lightness to the raw wood that makes up the pallet.
An idea of recovery that is ultimately as much for indoors as for outdoors, without forgetting to protect your feet to avoid them damage.
